Commencement Ceremony Event Information

Location
If No Inclement Weather: Papermakers Stadium
- 5:30 PM - Graduate report to gymnasium
- 5:45 PM - Gates open to guests
Tickets will NOT be required for admission to Papermakers Stadium.
If Inclement Weather: SGAHS Gymnasium
The decision to move the ceremony indoors will be made by Friday, May 30, 2025, by 12:00 PM. Up-to-date information on graduation will be available on the District's website and the Sapphire Notification System.
- 5:30 PM - Graduate report to IAC
- 5:45 PM - Doors open to guests
Tickets for Indoor Ceremony:
- Students will be issued 5 graduation tickets during their commencement practice, and they will only be necessary in the case of an indoor ceremony.
- Ticket holders ONLY will be permitted in the gymnasium for an indoor ceremony.
- For family and friends without tickets, a live stream of the ceremony will be available to view in the auditorium if held indoors or at home.
Parking
Graduates:
- Graduates should park in the student parking lot behind the High School and use the Lake Road entrance to the campus.
Family and Friends:

A transport vehicle will be available at the gate of the football stadium for audience members who need extra assistance.

Handicapped parking is available. A state-issued handicapped placard is necessary to park in the specified parking places.

Shuttle buses will be available from all parking areas to the Stadium (outdoor ceremony)/High School (indoor ceremony).
